AAS in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technology

MCC prepares students with the general education, applied knowledge, technical skills, and work habits required for entry-level positions in the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology field.

MCC’s MRI program teaches you MRI Technology, which uses a powerful magnetic field, radio waves and a computer to produce detailed pictures of organs, soft tissues, bone and virtually all other internal body structures. The images can then be examined on a computer monitor or printed.

Sterile Processing

Behind every successful surgery is a skilled Sterile Processing Technician! Are you ready to become an essential part of the healthcare team? It only takes 40 weeks.

Our comprehensive Sterile Processing program offers expert training in instrument sterilization, infection control, and much more.

Clinical Medical Assisting

Midwestern Career College’s Clinical Medical Assisting program prepares students in attaining theoretical and practical knowledge in the realm of medical assisting.

The program focuses on clinical and administrative duties performed by medical assistants, which include phlebotomy, EKG, and patient care.

Cybersecurity (online)

By focusing on practical training and real-world applications, students will learn to assess vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and respond to cyber threats effectively.

Data Science (online)

The Data Science program prepares students to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge base in data science principles and practices, including statistics, data analysis, and machine learning, utilize programming languages such as Python and R to analyze and visualize data, apply machine learning algorithms to predict outcomes and identify patterns, and more.

The opening of MCC’s Cleveland campus coincides with a key anniversary for the college. In May 2024, Midwestern Career College celebrated its 20th anniversary of opening its doors to help transform the lives and careers of students.

In addition to dedicated instructors, career services for students and alumni, and well-maintained externship site locations for programs that offer clinical externships, one of the benefits of Midwestern Career College is that many of its programs have a length that allows students to fast-track their careers.
