Midwestern Career College’s Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology is a two-year,
CAAHEP-accredited program designed to prepare students for entry-level roles as surgical technologists.
The program emphasizes cognitive knowledge, psychomotor skills, and professional behavior essential to modern operating room environments.

MCC’s AAS in Surgical Technology is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.


Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Technology Program

MCC’s Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Technology program prepares students to study and record electrical brain activity through EEG testing.
Delivered in a hybrid format, the program combines academic instruction with hands-on clinical experience, including a full semester of clinical rotation.

Graduates are equipped with the technical and clinical skills needed to pursue entry-level roles as EEG technologists in healthcare settings.
