GRADUATION VERIFICATION RECORDS
Upon meeting graduation requirements, students will be issued an original Certificate of Completion (COC) and an official transcript within 45 days from graduation date. Both documents will be mailed to the student’s address on file with the college unless prior arrangements have been made in advance by the student.
Certificates of completion (COC) or official transcripts will not be issued to students with an outstanding balance at the time of program completion and/or to students with active administrative or academic holds until the balance is resolved and the holds are cleared. The Registrar’s Office will issue a verification letter confirming student’s completion of the program to students with the outstanding balance, provided the student have made arrangements with the Business Office regarding their balance.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Student’s transcript is a copy of their permanent academic record at Midwestern Career College.
1. Students can order their official transcripts through MCC Parchment webpage. Please note that official transcripts cannot be issued to current or former students with an outstanding balance.
2. Students can request their unofficial transcript copy by emailing registrar@mccollege.edu from their MCC student account. Unofficial transcripts will not be issued directly to a third party.
Transcript requests are processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the request and confirmation of the fee payment. Urgent transcript requests are processed within 3 business days from the receipt of the request and confirmation of the fee payment.
REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION REQUESTS
Students can request their replacement Certificate of Completion (COC) at any time from the Registrar’s Office in person, by emailing registrar@mccollege.edu, or by sending a mail request addressed to Midwestern Career College, Registrar’s Office, 100 S Wacker Dr., LL1-50, Chicago IL, 60606.
Design, wording, and signatures on the replacement Certificate of Completion will be those currently in use by the College and may be different from the ones printed on the original certificate.
Certificate of Completion (COC) replacement fee – $45.00 per copy
Urgent Fee: additional $25.00 per envelope.

To ensure timely processing please include your payment receipt with the COC request message. Confirm your mailing address.
Replacement COC requests are processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the request and confirmation of the fee payment. Urgent replacement COC requests are processed within 3 business days from the receipt of the request and confirmation of the fee payment.
Replacement Certificates of Completion can be either picked up by the student in person or mailed to the student’s address on file with the College. COCs sent by mail will be delivered by standard ground USPS service. Urgent replacement COCs will be delivered by next day USPS, UPS or FedEx service.
