Program Overview

Are you passionate about sharing your experience and helping fellow students achieve their goals? Midwestern Career College is looking for enthusiastic and driven students to serve as Student Ambassadors.

As a Student Ambassador, you may serve as a mentor, advocate for student needs, and representative of your program while expanding your leadership abilities and professional network.

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, build visibility, and make a positive impact on campus. If you are ready to take your college experience to the next level and help shape your community, MCC wants to hear from you.

Applicant Requirements

  • Passion for connecting with others in person and online
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for their program and for MCC
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Commitment to representing the school positively
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Photo and video editing
  • Community outreach experience

Program Details

Program details may vary by term and program.

  • Commit to the position for 6 months (graduating students may apply if the commitment can be met)
  • Serve as a peer mentor for new students
  • Act as a brand ambassador for your program
  • Complete reviews on Google, social media, and Niche
  • Help organize and lead on-campus activities
  • Assist with campus tours for prospective students
  • Represent MCC at in-person and virtual events
  • Provide written and video testimonials
  • Participate in social media campaigns
  • Share your authentic MCC student experience
  • Attend quarterly meetings
  • Perform other duties as requested

Scholarship Details

  • $500 scholarship distributed at the end of the 6-month ambassador term
  • LinkedIn endorsement and/or recommendation letter based on performance
  • Professional headshot photo
