Job Summary
• His/Her is in charge of obtaining relevant information for the company through all the necessary and important sources in order to establish processes and perform the necessary data analysis for decision making in order to solve problems within the company.
• His/Her is the interdepartmental communication link, ensuring the proper use of the company’s communication channels. He is in charge of consultations and advice to all areas.
• Responsible for the development of projects to maintain the continuity of the business through all its promotion channels.

General Accountabilities
• Observe, receive and obtain information from all relevant sources.
• Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of the information by breaking the information or data into separate parts
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time
• Foster and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
• Provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Create scenarios to restore operations from various types of business interruptions.
• Carry out or supervise the integration and operation of the contingency plan.
• Create or manage presentations or training and awareness materials.
• Write reports to summarize test activities, including descriptions of objectives, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Analyze the impact and risk of critical business functions or information systems to determine acceptable recovery times and
resource needs.
• Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business disruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory, or industry-specific change initiatives.
• Conduct or oversee corporate intelligence gathering to prevent fraud, financial crime, cyber-attacks, terrorism, and infrastructure failures.
• Analyze business intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, or warnings that indicate threats to the safety of people, property, information, or infrastructure.
• Design or apply products and services to mitigate risk or facilitate the use of technology-based tools and methods.
• Maintain and update the organization’s information technology applications and network systems blueprints.

Job Qualifications
• 1+ year of work experience coordinating activities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience as an accounting assistant.
• Good command of arithmetic and figures as well as analytical acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
