Radiography and Dental Assisting Students Eligible to Apply for $10,000 Cook County Health Scholarship

Cook County Health has included MCC in the “Provident Scholarship Fund”, which includes the “Allied Health & Undergraduate Scholarship.”  Two MCC programs qualify for this:  Diagnostic Medical Imaging Radiography and Dental Assisting.

Qualifications include Cook County residency, GPA, and demonstration of financial need.  The scholarship is a one-time award of $10,000.

The application deadline is Thursday, May 26^th.

CCH is proud to present the Provident Scholarship Fund! The Provident Scholarship fund draws from Provident Hospital’s rich history, dating back to founder Dr. Daniel Hale Williams, to uplift and support diversity in healthcare.

The fund is supported by Cook County Health, Cook County Offices Under the President and its Project Rainbow Initiative, which was designed to address education barriers.

The Provident Scholarship Fund has three scholarship opportunities, of which the one applicable to MCC programs is:
