I’m originally from a small, rural farm-town in South Dakota, but I always had a passion for languages, travel, and intercultural exchanges. I later graduated university and earned my B.A. in Spanish and English, where I focused on teaching English and studied abroad in Valencia, Spain. Over the last 12+ years, I’ve taught at various schools and nonprofits where I helped others learn English and achieve their personal goals. Now I’m joining MCC to be part of an amazing team to further its mission by empowering students towards successful careers! In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going to language exchanges, taking trips, learning new things, and occasionally playing video games.
