Martinez Produce & Seafood Inc is looking for an individual to join our Accounts Receivable Department. The position requires copying & scanning invoices for customers. Renaming & attaching documents to our accounting software Net Yield. Keep track of approved credit requests from customers. Apply payments on open invoices through GP. Send statements in a timely manner via email or hard copies with drivers. Answer phone calls/emails from customers and Sales Representatives for any questions/clarifications they might have. Communicate with customers on when to expect payment on open balances. Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment.

The individual will have the following experience:

Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)

Accounts Receivable: 1 year (Preferred in similar industry)

Microsoft Office Suit: 1 year (Preferred)

Bilingual: Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
