Full-Time and Part-Time MRI/XR Technologist—Chicago, IL

The Facility MRI/XR Technologist will conduct daily interactions in a manner that demonstrates a positive and organized attitude and effectively models the organizations service philosophy and values. Supports all visitors and patients of Molecular Imaging in an organized and clinically professional manner. Technologist activities include all clinical and technical aspects of performing XR/MRI scans, quality assurance and customer service and satisfaction, participation in planning and development activities and following defined policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HRS and OSHA standards. Observes strict confidentiality standards when dealing with patients and patient information. Flexible in rotating to other locations within Molecular Imaging.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the A.R.R.T in Radiology
• Licensed by the I.D.N.S.
• Current CPR Certification
• Maintain all Continued Education requirements for Radiologic and MRI Technologist

Preferred Requirements: * Two or more years of experience as a MRI/XR Technologist

• MRI/XR Registered

Mental / Physical Demands:1) Tasks performed as a Certified and State Licensed MRI/XR Technologist in an out-patient imaging facility setting

2) Stamina to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

3) Mental alertness and critical thinking skills

4) Professional and supportive attitude to patients, co-workers and all customers of the organization

5) Requires the ability to stand, sit, bend, reach overhead, and carry 80 pounds if necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• ARRT Certification (Preferred)
