In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit a Document Control Specialist to support our Surgical Instrument and Equipment Database for our oneSOURCE business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill document requests and updates from subscribed customers in a timely fashion
  • Research requested database specific product and documentation
  • Interface with, and attempt to build, a sustainable relationship with manufacturers, distributors and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other database team members and the database manager to ensure documents and processes are meeting the needs of the customer.
  • Maintain proficiency and expertise in the use of oneSOURCE and RLDatix software.
  • Work in partnership with all the other oneSOURCE databases to ensure the quality of the oneSOURCE document site as a whole.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
  • Certifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare field, preferably Sterile Processing, Surgical Technology, and/or Operating Room.
  • Ability and understanding of reading Manufacturer IFU’s which would include cleaning and sterilization of Surgical Instruments and Equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, lead and facilitate change and model professionalism in all communications.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a changing and growing environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience editing and creating PDFs with Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be self-motivated and can thrive in an at-home work environment.

This is a fully remote position, preferably in the state of Wisconsin.
