Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is looking to hire a Secretary II to perform varied secretarial and clerical duties, and minor administrative work using independent judgment and action within established guidelines.
Preparation and dissemination of correspondence.
Maintenance of department files
Performance of clerical support responsibilities for the site.
Communication of information
Coordination of outpatient scheduling process.
Performance of secretarial and minor administrative services in support of department.
High School Education or equivalent with a Minimum 2~4 yrs of secretarial experience acquired through additional education and/or work experience OR an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 1~2 yrs of secretarial experience acquired through additional education and/or work exp.
Typing 55~60 wpm preferred
Knowledge of several software packages is preferred (e.g., word processing, graphics, etc.)
